Dr. Lam has provided comprehensive care in both government and private practice settings for eighteen years. Patients value her genuine devotion to delivering the best results, her upbeat personality, and high energy. She provides a variety of preventative, restorative, and cosmetic services, including crowns, veneers, full-mouth rehabilitation with crowns, and other treatments for complex dental needs.

Dr. Lam graduated from the University of Maryland School of Dental Surgery in 2008 and furthered her training through an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) post-graduate residency at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (Dayton, OH) in 2009 before serving as a dental officer at the Pentagon Tri-Care Clinic. Since then, Dr. Lam has been in a private-practice, general-dentistry setting for over 15 years, delivering a multidisciplinary scope of practice with an emphasis on major cosmetic treatments, tooth replacement, enhancement, and rehabilitation. Before becoming a dentist, Dr. Lam was a licensed CPA and worked as a public accountant at national and regional accounting firms. She completed her undergraduate training with dual B.S. and B.A. degrees in biology and accounting from the University of Richmond. She completed her graduate studies at the University of Maryland Smith School of Business, earning an MBA and a DDS from the University of Maryland College of Dental Surgery in 2008.

In 2019, Dr. Lam was recognized as a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD), a distinction earned by only 5% of dentists nationwide for commitment to lifelong learning and rigorous examination. Dr. Lam takes pride in improving her patients’ oral health, in fostering their appreciation for dentistry, and in creating new smiles as an art. Her portfolio of cosmetic and major restorative cases is a showcase of her expertise and artistic vision.
